What activities make you feel anxious? For some people riding the elevator makes them claustrophobic and anxious. How is it for you? Is there some event or activity that makes you worry too much? You may have heard the saying ‘feel the fear and do it anyway’. Here is a worksheet to help you process that worry and anxiety. Print it up and write down the activity and circle your level of anxiety before and after doing it. In Behaviour Psychology the core premise is too change behavior and expect your feelings to follow but you don’t wait until you feel better to act, you act first.
